Client: Rialto Square Theatre
Project Goal:
To design large-format window graphics to promote the annual "Home for the Holidays at the Rialto" event series, including a diverse calendar of live shows, holiday movies, and special teas.
Key Requirements:
Integrate multiple sponsor logos and client branding (Rialto).
Maintain a clear holiday aesthetic using a provided theme (lights, warm colors).
Organize complex event information (dates, times, titles) and event photography into a cohesive and readable layout.
Deliver print-ready artwork for two large window panels.
Concept & Creative Strategy
Concept: "Festive & Informative." The strategy was to balance the warm, traditional feel of the holiday season with the need for clear, highly legible event details.
Visual Execution:
Color Palette: Utilized a warm, inviting gold/tan background with red/green accents to evoke a classic holiday feel, tying into the string-light motif.
Layout Strategy: The design was split into two panels for optimal viewing:
Panel One (Left): Dedicated to the event calendar and sponsors, prioritizing clear typography for reading event times and dates.
Panel Two (Right): Focused on high-impact visual promotion for the main ticketed shows, using a grid layout for event photography.

Design Process & Role
Information Architecture: Organized raw event data, photography, and multiple sponsor logos into a hierarchical structure that prioritized the most critical information (event name/date/time).
Layout Development: Created initial layout concepts in Adobe Creative Suite, focusing on maximizing readability for the calendar and visual impact for the show images.
Proofing & Revision: Generated the final proof for client review, ensuring all text, dates, and sponsor requirements were met. This step directly reflects your experience in delivering custom solutions and ensuring alignment with client brand guidelines.
4. Print Production Handoff: Prepared the final, large-format artwork files with proper bleed, resolution, and color profiles for vinyl production and installation, leveraging your expertise in Print Production.
